We use cheese in many dishes that we cook. It gives an extraordinary taste to the food. It makes the dish richer in taste and gives more nutrition to the consumer.

We use cheese in cooking pasta dishes like spaghetti, macaroni salad, baking pizza and even in ice creams, cheese can be added. It gives a creamy, delicious taste to the food.
In making the pimiento, choose the red bell pepper because it is sweeter.

Remember, kids love sweets and even adults, too. Blanch the red bell peppers and chop it into small tiny bits. Prepare the mayonnaise, cheese, your own pimiento, sugar and a pinch of salt.

  • ¼ cup condesed milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 medium red bell pepper

  • Boil or blanch the red bell pepper

  • Chop the bell pepper into tiny bits.

  • Melt the cheese in a microwave.

  • Mix the cheese, red bell pepper and the melted butter.

  • Add some salt and pepper.

    I used Tillamook cheddar cheese and it feels grainy after melted. Do you know why this happened? Or do i have to use one of those quick melt cheeses?

      Haven't used that brand, it may have not melted properly
